Anyway, maaga umalis si mommy kanina 7am.. naiwan tayong 3 sa bahay pero pinagluto na tayo ni mommy ng breakfast. Bait ni mommy no?

Dumating si mommy around 9am habang pinapaliguan ko kayo.. may picture pa nga si mommy nun eh, ipapa post ko dito bukas (tulog na kasi kayong 3 habang sinusulat ko to.. napagod kayo sa byahe.. samahan kasi kayo ng samahan eh.. hehehe, kwento ko later). Anyway, it’s 10:33pm and kakatapos ko lang mag update sa aking personal 90Day Challenge, mine is Ice Cream Makers (Old fashioned ice cream maker ang post ko tonight). 3 bloggers are doing their own schedule of 90 days. Bern, Buboy at Aira – bean bags, dentures, facial hair at lamp shades yata.

Anyway, not sure kung na kwento ko na to pero last week (or last last week) nung nakuha ko yung loan kay Jon Ty, nbangga ko si Emmo sa hood.. and today, may kausap ako sa Banawe for repair.. napagawa na natin sya knina, oo sumama kayo ni mommy kaya pagod kayong tatlo, si mommy lalagnatin pa yata… ok na yun hood, pero ibabalik ko pa rin bukas for buffing.

Eto yung sira ni Emmo before ipagawa..

Bukas, pagkatapos ng buffing, ipost ko ulit..sana mabenta kasi may bumibili, sabi ko sira yung hood, ok lang daw.. 2 sila, isang taga dito lang sa Pulong yantok at isa sa Bataan, meet up sa Makati.

Pag nabenta to, ipopondo sa checke, then yung BPI loan, ibabayad sa tita/ nanay.. at pag may sukli, ido downpayment natin sa Tucson :hahaha:

11:48pm, July 1, 2010… tapos na ang first half ng 2010. Pumasok si daddy ngayon sa office kaya di kita nahatid sa school Matt. Nagbayad ako ng Appraisal fee sa BPI family bank sa ayala, then binigay ko sa BPI direct.. para ma process na yung application ng housing loan.

Balak ni daddy is ilagay na Php500K yung market value ng house and lot para maliit liit yung tax. Ok lang siguro kahit tignan ng mag aapraise ng bahay.. basta magkaron ng loan sa bank at ibayad muna sa Php350K na utang kay Jon Ty. (office mate ni daddy at ninong mo Matt.. ewan ko kung alam nya, hehehe)

Anyway, tinawagan ko na rin yung maglilipat ng titulo. Humingi rin ako advise kay tito bunso about sa mga papel.. dami daw butas, baka maghabol pa.. Papirma daw ako ng reciept of payment para makalaban ng estafa sa seller. Anyway, uwi si tito dennis sa saturday, pakita natin.

Bumily ako ng 4th toy ng Toy Story 3! Favorite nyong dalawa ngayon to eh.. nag papaiyakan kyo lagi.. Wawa naman Sean laging pinapaiyak ni kuya.. Tuwang tuwa ka sean sa mga toys.. Kilala mo sila Woody, Buzz, Jessie.. pati yung marsian.. tawag natin ay “ooohhhh”

Hye Matt and Sean! Musta? Historic ang araw na to para sa Philippines at para sa tin.. Today na fully paid na natin ang bahay at lupa na binili natin kila Kuya Dennis Bernal at Beth.

Dapat June 28, or 29 pa natin binayaran eh, pero nung 28 wala pang’payment issued’ ang Google Adsense.. yun ang last batch of payment na kailangan eh.. Then kahapon 29, ibabayad na sana natin, kay lang mababa yung palitan sa palengke, yung katabi mismo ng Bernal Pawnshop.. $1 = PHp46.05. Kaya kaninang umaga, pumunta tyo nila mommy sa Sta. Maria para magpappaling ng $4,200! total – Php194,040.

Naglaro pa kayo sa Jollibee.. wait may video.. upload kolang..

Then next video was taken here sa apartment (bye bye apartment. lapit na kami lumipat sa bagong bahay na luma )… nonood kayong dalawa ng Monster Inc… na download natin a few weeks ago..

Last weekend ng June 2010.. Today is Sunday, and yesterday… is Saturday! , Hi Matt/Sean, kahapon PTC (Parent Teacher Council) meeting sa school … si Mommy daw yata ang AUditor for Kinder.

Habang nasa meeting si mommy ng 8:30am-11:00am yata, tayong tatlo naman ay naka tambay sa plaza.. Sa basketball court, sa car, sa simbahay, sa ‘park’.. yung sa tapat ng Bernal Pawnshop.

Anyway wala kang pasok today Matt.. pero bukas may Parent – Teacher Council (PTC not PTA) meeting. Pupunta si mommy, sasama tayo nila Sean, kasi maglalaro tayo sa school, hehehe si mommy aatend ng meeting.

Nakakatuwa tayo ngayong gabi, bago matulog tawanan kyo ng tawanan. Nag lalaro tayo.. naka upo kayo sa tyan ko, then sisigaw ako, tawa naman kyo ng tawa.. heheh, mga bata talaga.

Sean, tinuturuan na kita mag drums ngayon, 2 years old ka pa lang pero may potential ka talaga matutuo.. may beat ang palo mo eh.. si kUya wala, hehehe.

Speaking of drums, si Kuya tuwang tuwa sa makevoice ko sa hands nya, habang nag ddrums.. 1-2-3-4… tapos magkakamali ako ng boses..

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday! Kahapon, June 23 2010 sabi ni mommy di ka na daw umiyak! Ayus!

Past days kasi, pinapaalis na mga mommy sa labas ng classroom, dun na sila sa labas ng school compound.. And everyday, umiiyak ka sandali kasi nga hinahanap mo si mommy. Pero kahapon, di na! Improving!

Hi Matt! Musta? What have you been doing? Overdue na tong post na to , pero ihabol ko parin since one of the important part of your growing up years to.. this is your first week sa school! Sa kindergarten!

Na late ako ng post kasi nakalimutan ko yung password eh, hehehe.. 31 pa lang si daddy today (june 23, 2010) pero makakalimutin na

So, ngayon nasa first floor kayo ni mommy, gumagawa kayo ng assignment.. Di kasi nakita ni mommy kahapon yung assignment, pero sinabi naman ni Mrs. Sonia Palad (adviser mo) na may assignment nga kayo.

Assigment mo is mag drawing sa book ng mga bagay na pinapasalamat mo sa God. Galing ako dun kanina eh (nasa Apartment pa tayo ni nanay nakatira ngayon) nandito ako sa third floor, work from home (ctbank).

Mommy fully paid Matt’s school fee’s this morning.. This is the third time. If you can remember, the first one was the ‘entrance exam’ day also the same day of enrollment, May 27. We spent around Php4000? That includes Php550 tuition for June (2 weeks lang class), and Php3500 miscellaneous fees. Forgot the breakdown, but I recall seeing IDs and notebooks and others.

The second time, last Monday, mommy paid for books. It costs us Php2,500 something.

Then today, this morning another Php4000 down the school drain. This time its for the school uniforms and ‘other fees’. Yes, it actually says ‘Other fees’ from the receipt.  That’s different from the Miscellaneous fees from last time.

May 29, 2010 – Saturday, Movie time!

• We all went out today and saw the latest Shrek movie (after doing a 3 Shrek movie marathon couple of nights before)… but that’s not the only movie Matt and Sean saw today. I have also downloaded a Disney movie Monsters, Inc. Matt loved it.
• A little accident. Matt’s nose bled when he banged his face to Emmo’s HU.. stupid tricycle driver almost hit us.. on the way to SM Marilao.. near Metrogate.. looban sta. maria (sta clara road is under construction)
• Picked up April adsense earning Villarica WU
• The boys played in their usual play pen sa SM Marilao while I pay the Php34K credit card bill.. thanks adsense.
• We also bought Matt’s first school bag! Lightning McQueen!

Yes he is! This was last Monday, May 24, 2010… the day nanay and tatay went to Saudi later that night…

Anyway, not sure how the photos above will show up.. but it show an Entrance Admission Slip.. na kailangan dalin sa first day of school.

The Official Receipt ng binayaran namin on the spot that same day (buti nalang may laman wallet ko.. )

Anyway ulit.. Matt took a simple entrance test.. matching type thing.. where you suppose to draw line between objects.. Matt didn’t do it.. Medyo napilit lang namin isulat name nya.. sabi ko di ako makaka uwi pag di nya sinulat name nya..

Then, the teacher answers the questions for him.. , ok naman daw, nakaka sulat naman daw.. Proceeded with the enrollment..

Right there and there, Php4253 nawala.. and we still have to buy books and notebook sa kabilang room dapat.. eh wla ng laman wallet namin, kaya umuwi nalang kami.

June 15 is Matt’s first day of school… Late ako sa work (work from home)..
